I usually write about Python and software engineering. But not today! Instead, this article is about how I keep my home office clean.

• Yes, it is important that we keep our work stations clean!!

Well well well, what do we have here?

A tiny handheld vacuum cleaner. Which cost me less than $20.

Well, why do we have it?

• it’s cheap
• it’s chargeable
• its battery lasts decently long
• you can hold it in your hand
• the tiny nozzle allows you to easily reach usually-unaccessible corners

BEFORE

• I used paper towels and tissue paper to clean dust around my desk
• For less reachable spaces eg. the hole in my PC, I used an old toothbrush to first displace the dust particles
• I then used either a large vacuum cleaner or paper towels to clean up the displaced dust

AFTER

• I use my mini vacuum cleaner to suck up everything
• I’ll wipe if needed, but…
